|On the above date, time and location, Miami Dade Police received several complaints from local residents of a foul odor in the area of SR 94 SW 138 Avenue. Upon further investigation, vehicle debris were found in the area which showed a collision of some type. The hit-and-run vehicle is gray in color due to debris found at the scene of the crash matching a Nissan or Infinity. After thoroughly combing the area, a bicycle was discovered which appeared to have been struck by a vehicle. A search of the area came up with a body being found nearby in the median of State Road 94 along with the bicycle. The body had started to decompose so we were not able to determine the exact time the crash occurred. The pedal cyclist was identified as David Gregory Galarza. We are seeking your assistance in solving this case. If you should have any information or need additional information, please contact Trooper Jose Sanchez at 305-308-0586.|
