|On the above date, time and location, Miami Dade Police received several complaints from local residents of a foul odor in the area of SR 94 SW 138 Avenue. Upon further investigation, vehicle debris were found in the area which showed a collision of some type. The hit and run vehicle is gray in color due to debris found at the scene of the crash matching a Nissan or Infinity. After thoroughly combing the area, a bicycle was discovered which appeared to have been struck by a vehicle.
