Would you like to have an older driver safety expert speak at your school or safety event?
The Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles’ Office of Driver Safety provides education and safety resources for high-risk road users, such as older drivers, teen drivers, bicyclists, pedestrians and motorcyclists. Some of the services we provide for older drivers and their caregivers include:
- Presentations on Florida’s Medical Review process and how to identify medically at-risk drivers;
- Hosting CarFit events;
- Helmet fittings for bicyclists; and
- Coordinating the distribution of safety materials and resources from our agency and our partners.
