The mobile units provide a convenient method to renew a driver license, obtain a replacement driver license, conversion/reciprocation of your out of state license, changing a name or address on a current driver license or identification card, and getting a first time identification card. Unfortunately NO written or driving tests are given from mobile units. In addition to licensing services, the mobile units also provide an opportunity for you to renew/replace a vehicle registration and apply, renew or replace disabled parking placards.
