Requirements to become a Third Party Administrator for Driver License Testing
The Department has successfully transitioned to a new automated driver license testing system.
At this time we are currently accepting applications from interested providers for the Class E
Knowledge Testing. All interested parties must fully complete the application and contract
document and return all required documentation to the address listed on the HSMV 77067, Application
for Authority to Conduct Third Party Driver License Testing.
