IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Due to the increasing interest in the upcoming comprehensive Automated Driver License Testing System implementation and its impact on our vendors, we have compiled a Frequently Asked Questions reference regarding this specific ongong process. This FAQ sheet will be updated regularly as additional questions are brought to our attention.

Requirements to become a Third Party Administrator for Driver License Testing

The Department has successfully transitioned to a new automated driver license testing system. At this time we are currently accepting applications from interested providers for the Class E Knowledge Testing. All interested parties must fully complete the application and contract document and return all required documentation to the address listed on the HSMV 77067, Application for Authority to Conduct Third Party Driver License Testing.
