But as you could see from the aerial shots, her brothers and sisters came from around to pay respect. RIP young lady”

Condolences To Chelsea’s Family

In today’s times it’s hard to find good, honest, loyal, hardworking citizens that aren’t tainted by the political theatre that is our country today! Chelsea was obviously one of those people! My heart goes out to her family and most of all to her little four year old son. There are no words to say what I feel about good solid citizens like Chelsea that watch over our cities and lives, she will most definitely be missed!

Cissy

I am very saddened to hear of the death of Trooper Richard, especially in view of her being a single mom, leaving a four year old child.

I am certain that many would like to contribute to a memorial fund that was designed to assist with the care and education of her son. That would be a fitting memorial to honor the trooper.

Even if such a memorial is not the normal practice within your agency, the circumstances are somewhat unusual in this case. If a memorial is initiated, I would hope you make it known through the various state police, highway patrol organizations throughout the US.
