FHP Honor Guard Pays Respects to Fallen Ohio State Highway Patrol Trooper

The FHP Honor Guard paid its respects at the funeral of Trooper Kenneth Velez of the Ohio State Highway Patrol who was killed in the line-of-duty on September 15, 2016.
