New Eye in the Sky

Sgt. Creech receives his wings from Sgt. Cendan.Sgt. Cendan congratulates Sgt. Creech on his newly acquired wings.The Florida Highway Patrol releases a new pilot into the Florida skies. Sergeant Anson Creech began a three month Pilot Training Course on March 18, 2010, with Sergeant Miguel Cendan (Flight Section Instructor). On June 25, 2010, Sgt. Creech successfully completed his extensive Flight Training and will serve as Troop B Pilot. Sgt. Creech joined the Florida Highway Patrol in 2000 and is a member of the 98th Recruit Class.

During this time, Creech was also promoted to Sergeant at a ceremony in Tallahassee. Col. John Czernis presented him with his Certificate of promotion and his wife pinned on his new badge. Captain Matt Walker and Lt. Col. Ernesto Duarte were also on hand to congratulate the pilot in training.
