Local Trooper Recognized for Enforcement Efforts

Trooper Paul and his wifeRecently Trooper Jayson Paul, of the Pensacola District, was recognized by the Scottish Rite Masonic Center for his enforcement efforts and performance over and above expectations. During the period from August 2008 through January 2009 Trooper Paul had a total of 1600 contacts and 155 crash investigations. He also made 42 DUI arrests, 9 Drug arrests, and 250 Seatbelt citations. He is also a Field Training Officer and a Drug Recognition Expert.

Trooper Paul and his wife were invited to attend an award ceremony held at the Pensacola Masonic Lodge. A Certificate of Appreciation was presented in the presence of the Masonic membership and other distinguished members of the community. Trooper Paul consistently performs above expectations and is to be commended for a job well done.
