Sgt. Norman Krause Retires

Major Coates (right) and Captain Pelton (left) with Sergeant Krause (center)Sergeant Norman Krause retired from the Florida Highway Patrol on May 31, 2008, after serving with the patrol for over 25 years. After graduating with the 66th recruit class, Sergeant Krause went on to serve with Troops L, E, and K.

Members of Sgt Krause’s family and FHP family joined together to honor him and wish him well in his new life on his farm in Alabama.

Troop K Commander Major Brent Coates and West Palm Beach District Commander Captain Bradford Pelton presented Sergeant Krause with his retirement credentials, including the promotion to Lieutenant.

Congratulations to Lieutenant Norman Krause, and best wishes with the next phase of his life.
