On September 8, Florida Highway Patrol Captain Cindy Williams spotted a motorcycle traveling above the posted speed limit westbound on Interstate 4 near the 48 milepost. Captain Williams attempted to conduct a traffic stop, but the driver accelerated to over 120 miles per hour and fled westbound on I-4.
