114th Geared Up for Graduation

114th ClassBlack & tan to the core, we’re the mighty 1-1-4!

On March 4th of this year, the 114th Basic Recruit Class reported to begin their training at the Florida Highway Patrol Training Academy.

On July 29th, they were joined by members of the Certified Recruit Class, which is comprised of law enforcement officers from other agencies who go through Agency Specified Training to become members of the Florida Highway Patrol.

The Basic and Certified Recruits have now completed their training, and are eager to receive their diplomas and badges and take their Oath of Office at the graduation ceremony on Wednesday, September 19th, 10:00 A.M. at the Leon County Civic Center in Tallahassee. They have each received their first assignments indicating where they will report for duty and where they will complete their ten additional weeks of field training before being released to solo patrol.

Congratulations to our newest members of the Florida Highway Patrol!
