Major Rick Carpenter, Troop B Commander, tasked FHPA Major Steve Byrne with coordinating the Step Up, Florida! events within Troop B. FHPA Major Byrne and other members of the Troop B Auxiliary did an admirable job by organizing, planning, and manning the six events that took place on different days in different counties within the troop.

Step Up, Florida! local coordinator, Dina Mosher, recently thanked FHPA Major Steve Byrne by saying, “Your assistance really allowed us to enjoy the event without having to worry about traffic safety.”
