Jingle All the Way

FHP Staff and 111th Recruits.Waiting to start runFlorida Highway Patrol members, including the recruits from the 111th Academy Class, participated once again in the annual Jingle Bell Run that kicks off the Festival of Lights Holiday Parade in Tallahassee every year.

Colonel Chris Knight, Lt. Colonel Ken Howes, Lt. Colonel Rick Gregory, Chief Silvester Dawson, Sgt. Kelly Bagnardi, along with several recruits donned Christmas sweats and Santa hats to represent the Florida Highway Patrol in outstanding fashion while running in this year’s event.

Each year, recruits and FHP staff look forward to participating in this traditional event, and always receive a roar of applause from the crowd of over 20,000 as they tie on jingle bells and run through the streets of downtown Tallahassee.
