FHP Ready for Dennis in Panhandle

photo of a residence with tree damage. For the second time in ten months the Pensacola area was struck by a major hurricane. Dennis stormed ashore in Santa Rosa County in the Navarre area about mid-day Sunday, July 10th.

Thankfully, Dennis did not have the same storm surge as last season’s Ivan–at least in this area of the state–but still carried quite a punch, with the majority of the damage occurring in Santa Rosa County and northern Escambia County as the eye of Dennis made its way inland.

FHP was ready to respond with immediate relief to the citizens in the area.
