There are probably very few troopers on the road today who have not had the pleasure of knowing Frank and enjoying his wonderful meals during their 26 weeks of recruit training or during periodic in-service training classes they attended at the FHP Academy.

To show gratitude for his many years of dedicated service to the Florida Highway Patrol, Colonel Chris Knight and Chief Silvester Dawson presented Mr. Burney with a Certificate of Appreciation, as well as a monetary gift of $500 in donations received from his friends at the FHP.

Good luck Frank – we’ll miss you!
