Behind the Badge

St. Lucie Deputy Sheriff Sereg, Captain Loar, and Lt. Burrows appear on the TV show Behind the Badge.The Florida Highway Patrol was pleased that one of its members, Lt. Pembrook Burrows, Troop L’s Public Affairs Officer, was invited to appear on the TV show Behind the Badge, which airs in St. Lucie, Indian River and Martin counties on Comcast cable.

The thirty-minute talk show program holds discussions with special guests from the law enforcement community to highlight issues of interest to the local communities.

Behind the Badge is always very informative and covers a variety of law enforcement related topics. Many of the topics discussed on the show relate to traffic crashes, safe driving habits, cell phone usage, DUI enforcement, speed enforcement, teen driving, *FHP calls, seatbelt and child restraint usage, agency employment, and the Florida Highway Patrol Auxiliary. The community TV program will run 34 times, and will be viewed by approximately 120,000 people in the three-county area.
