Friends Gather to Remember Jimmy Fulford

Trooper FulfordFebruary 1, 2001 marked the 9-year anniversary of the death of beloved Trooper James H. Fulford, Jr. Jimmy was killed instantly on February 1,1992 when a bomb that was concealed in a microwave oven exploded as he was taking inventory on a vehicle.
