SUBJECT:       Helpdesk Hours of Operation


                        As a result of an extensive review of the Helpdesk telephone logs, we have determined that keeping the Helpdesk open until 6:00 p.m. is not cost effective based on the small number of calls received between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m.  This should have very little impact on your offices since the Helpdesk has averaged less than 2 calls a night between 5:30 and

6:00 p.m. for the past year.  Making this change will allow us to have more consultants available to assist you during peak hours.


                        Therefore, effective November 1, 2005, the Helpdesk hours will be 8:00 a.m. to

5:30 p.m.
