Tallahassee - The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles Executive Director, Electra Bustle reminds customers that beginning May 14, 2007, the Department will offer an additional day of service and new office hours for full-time Driver License offices statewide as part of DHSMV’s overall customer service campaign "Making Changes That Matter To You."
Driver license offices statewide will now be open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday; and 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday.
“DHSMV is committed to the highest level of customer service possible,” said Executive Director Bustle. "With our new office hours and an extra day to visit, doors will open to the public for more hours, during the times that they are most likely to seek our services."
"Making Changes That Matter To You." is DHSMV’s new campaign to address customers concerns and suggestions, while better informing them of the many convenient services we provide.
