 Tallahassee - The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles is pleased to announce that its Florida Licensing On Wheels (FLOW) mobile will be bringing it’s services directly to citizens of Bay County, as it participates at the Thunder Beach Motorcycle Rally in Panama City Beach.
DHSMV’s FLOW mobile will offer the following services: driver license renewals up to 18 months prior to expiration; duplicate driver license; driver license name and address changes; identification card; vehicle registration and tag renewals; and disabled parking permits.
At this event, FLOW mobile staff will be providing written and practical skills motorcycle cycle testing for motorcycle endorsements required by law.
