Tallahassee - Lt. Governor Jeff Kottkamp and Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles Executive Director Electra Bustle today announced an additional day of service and new office hours for Driver License office statewide as part of DHSMV’s overall customer service campaign “Making Changes That Matter To You.”
Beginning May 14, 2007, driver license offices statewide will be open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday; and 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday.
“Governor Crist and I applaud Executive Director Bustle as the department works to provide the best customer service possible,” said Lt. Governor Kottkamp. “We look forward to the changes, and believe the “Making Changes That Matter To You” campaign will go far to insure that Floridians are being served more efficiently.”
“DHSMV remains committed to the highest level of customer service possible,” said Executive Director Bustle. “With our new office hours and an extra day to visit, doors will open to the public for more hours, during the times that they are most likely to seek our services.”
