Tallahassee - The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DHSMV) is pleased to announce that its Gulf Breeze office location will now have a permanent address at 2744 Gulf Breeze Parkway, phone number: (850) 934-5180, beginning Tuesday, April 17, 2007. Its temporary location will close on Friday, April 13, 2007 to transition to its permanent home. The original office was destroyed by Hurricane Ivan back in 2004. In order to ensure customer services were quickly restored, a temporary facility was opened.

Beginning Tuesday, office hours will be 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Tuesday through Friday.

During this period of transition, customers in the Gulf Breeze area needing driver services may visit one of the following locations:

• Ft. Walton Beach – 115C Racetrack Rd., phone number: (850) 833-9123

We encourage all our customers to visit the DHSMV website at www.GoRenew.com, and utilize our on-line services to renew their driver licenses, identifications cards, vehicle tags and change their addresses.
