Driver License Issuance and Renewals for Non-U.S. Citizens

The driver license office located at 1923 West 60th Street in Hialeah, will handle the issuance and renewal of driver licenses and identification cards for non-U.S. Citizens beginning Tuesday, April 2. The other offices providing these services for non-U.S. Citizens in Miami-Dade, Broward, Orange, and Hillsborough counties are located at:

Non-U.S. Citizens who need to change their name or address or replace a lost or stolen license or an identification card may go to any office for these services.

Non-U.S. Citizens must provide proof of legal presence to obtain any driver licenses service. Legal presence includes presenting all INS documentation and passport (if applicable).

Any applicant requiring a name change must provide proof on their INS documents or passport before their name can be changed on their driver license or identification card. United States citizens may do business at any driver licenses office in the state.
