PORT ST. LUCIE -- The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DHSMV) will be closing its Port St. Lucie Driver License office located at 9438 South US Highway #1, after the close of business on Friday, February 23, 2007. Driver license services will be temporarily offered at the St. Lucie County Clerk’s office beginning February 27, 2007.

Due to limited space, we will be unable to offer written testing at the County Clerk’s office. Customers who must take the written test can check online at www.flhsmv.gov for a listing of other offices.

Customers are encouraged to skip the trip altogether and use our online services at www.GoRenew.com.
