To: fhp@hsmv.state.fl.us Received: Via E-Mail Just wanted to let you know, that I heard about what happened to Duty Officer Amber Pitman! That's very sad! She's only 23 yrs. of age, and is already paralyzed for the rest of her life! I have many friends in law enforcement, and the fact that Amber chose to dedicate her life to assisting Troopers in helping other people, says a lot about her! I sent a direct e-mail to her room in the hospital, where she's currently staying! My deepest heartfelt condolences and prayers go out to Amber, all her friends, family, and her other employees of the Florida Highway Patrol, who I'm sure, are like her "second family"!! James R.
