Speeding stop leads to drug bust:
Troopers with the Florida Highway Patrol found $44,800 worth of drugs Tuesday in a car that had been speeding along Interstate 10 in Leon County, said Trooper Larry Coggins. Orestes Sueque Sutherland, 48, of Orlando, was driving 20 miles over the speed limit when he was stopped, according to FHP. An FHP dog alerted troopers to the possibility of drugs, and the car was searched. Troopers found 64 pounds of marijuana and a small bag of cocaine. Sutherland was taken to the Leon County Jail. He has been charged with possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
