Mothers Against Drunk Driving has honored two state troopers who patrol Pasco County. Each made more than 100 DUI arrests in 2003.
Troopers Ronald Evans and Douglas Guy were among 18 Florida Highway Patrol troopers inducted into 2003's "100 Club."
Evans made 300 DUI arrests, which was the most for any trooper in the state last year. In addition to the MADD 100 Club award, Evans received the FHP's Hurd-Smith Award, which is given to the trooper who arrests the most drunken drivers in Florida each year.
Guy made 125 DUI arrests, the FHP reported.
