If you put the pedal to the metal, you'll want to ease up on Interstate 4 beginning Friday.
A new squad of state troopers are watching the busy highway, WESH NewsChannel 2 reported.
Eighteen troopers and three supervisors will be on patrol along a 52-mile stretch between Saxon Boulevard in Orange City and the Osceola-Polk county line.
The troopers are patrolling to clear accidents and keep traffic moving on I-4. They're also looking for aggressive drivers, and those who tailgate and speed.
