The main point of this week is to send the message that every passenger must ride properly buckled in a vehicle for every ride. Public affairs officer, Mike Burroughs says this week is all about making people aware. Burroughs adds children always need to be properly restrained. Burroughs says a lot of times, parents don't even realize their children are not properly restrained.
