Service well rendered
On December 24th, 2010, approximately 9:30 a.m., two female friends were traveling to Orlando, Fl for the Xmas Holidays and just as we got onto I-10 we heard this strange noise from our 2010 Camary. Soon we knew we were in trouble. We had a blow out of the right back tire. We stopped the car at the road sign on the side of the Interstate reading Torregya State Park exit 166. As one of us contacted the rental car service, I contacted the Police Department in Florida and asked for a Florida Trooper. Within five minutes a Trooper did appear and introduced himself as Trooper J. Tallman. After explaning our situation to him he asked if we had a spare. Well, we just knew that since we rented this 2010 vehicle we knew we had a spare. All three of us moved the luggage out of the trunk to discover that the spare was no good. Now we needed a tow truck. After contacting the tow it took at least an hour for the tow to call back. Trooper Tallman told us he would remain on the scene with us until the tow truck arrived to take us to the rental car to obtain another car. It took at least 3 hours waiting for the tow truck and getting to the rental car service. We would like to thank Trooper Tallman for his service in helping two stranded women make what could have been a disaster a Blessed day in spite of our troubles. We arrived in Orlando, Fl around 5pm. instead of 2p.m. we were hoping for. Everything turned out to be the best. Thank you Trooper Tallman and the Florida Highway Patrol for the service rendered. I hope you had a Blessed Xmas and a prosperous New Year to all.
