On 12/12/2010, My son was stopped by Captain B.A. Pelton for excessive speed on I 95. My son was speeding and I was sitting in the passenger seat.
Captain Pelton was professional in his demeanor and looked sharp and acted sharp. He lectured my son and administered a traffic violation notice to him.
As a retired Pennsylvania State Police Commissioned Officer, current Director of Security, and a law enforcement lecturer throughout the nation, I continue to be impressed by the professionalism displayed by your personnel.
I understand that your Troopers are underpaid and frankly for a Captain to be doing traffic work on overtime is a slap in the face of Troopers everywhere. Your commanders need to be in offices doing what they do best, COMMAND, not be on the road trying to earn a decent living on OT. To pay your personnel at a level less than what they deserve is abhorrent.
If ever I can be of any assistance in your quest to be compensated at the rate you deserve, please let me know. I would be honored to work on your behalf.
Troopers must help Troopers!

Director of Security
