To whom it may concern:

On December 27, 2008, at approximately 1600 hours I broke down on I-95 about five miles north of Vero Beach with a flat tire that could not be changed by the roadside. I called AAA and they would not send a tow truck without me knowing exactly what mile marker I was at. They advised me to call FHP for assistance. I called The Dispatch center, advised the Dispatcher what I needed, and she said she would send a unit out to help. Approximately fifteen minutes later, Trooper Wallace arrived and gave me the information I needed. He also stayed with me until we were sure that I had help on the way. As a 30 year public service employee, I know the routine calls for service sometime seem trivial, but in a time of need, it was nice to see someone helpful show up. I would like to thank Trooper Wallace for his help, and if possible please thank the Dispatcher who assisted me. Thanks again.
