Dear Mr. Czernis,
I would like to tell you how impressed I was with one of your State Highway Patrol Officers. I live in Atlanta and was traveling with my family to Orlando for a theme park vacation when on the turnpike just outside Orlando I had a rear tire go flat. It was almost dark and I had to race to get as much done before the sun went down. Within minutes up drove Officer Quentin Mills. He promptly put his blue lights on behind us to provide more visibility to protect against cars passing by. I smilingly asked him if he was familiar with changing a tire on a GM. I honestly thought he would just see if we were ok and just move on. Surprisingly he promptly began helping me change the tire and we had everything done within minutes, just before the sun set completely. He was quite professional and had a great attitude. I can only imagine how impressed people were, driving by seeing a highway patrolman helping a stranded driver change a tire. I could feel he was very concerned for the safety of my wife and 4 year old. I sincerely thanked him and wanted to let you know I was extremely impressed with how helpful Officer Mills was and how he conducted himself. He was a great example of the Florida Highway Patrol.
Sincerely,
Cory Stephens
