I wish to recognize Trooper Dina D. Hulnick, ID #979, Badge 1704, Troop E for outstanding service.

On Monday, July 3, 2006 my wife went shopping at the Target on Bird Road and the Palemetto. When she went back to the car to go home, she could get the car in the ingintion but it would not turn. She got a hold of me and I went with the spare key, thinking it was the key, but it wasn't.

After many repeated tries, we decided to call our roadside service. They weren't any help and it was our last service called.

I took my wife home and went back to her car. By now it was 11 p.m., I could not get a towing service. It was at this time that I noticed Trooper Hulnick's car in front of the Target store.

I walked over to her and asked if she could help. She was able to contact a towing service (Sunshine) and she stayed with me unitl the they showed up and were able to tow the car to my home.

I wish to recognize Trooper Hulnick for her professional manner in handling this situation. She is a credit to your organization, and a fine example of the quality service your Troop and the Florida Highway Patrol provides to the state of Florida and its citizens.
