To whom it may concern,
My name is Ben and I am a wrecker operator with Campbell's Wrecker Service in Panama City Beach Fl. I have been employed there for just over two years and would like to take a moment to comment on my experience with the troopers in this area. My hats off to all the troopers in the area. From the dispatchers on the phone to the Troopers on the road I have always been treated courteously and with respect. In todays world God only knows what a trooper may face when approaching a vehicle. I have seen them attacked, spit on, cussed out, yet through it all the troopers control themselves and act like true professionals. Whenever I arrive at a scene with a Trooper they have always assisted me in any way they can, from stopping traffic to controlling the occasional violent motorist. Safety is clearly their priority for all people at the scene.
I would venture to guess you probably hear complaints from motorists on a regular basis but as for me and what I have observed after working countless number of accidents and traffic stops, congratulations are in order. Some of the other law enforcement agencies in the area would do well to learn a few lessons from the FHP! Thanks for making the roads and my job a little safer. Great job guys, keep up the good work!
