Recently, FHP joined forces with NASCAR, Anheuser Busch, and AAA Auto Club South to promote this year's Tow to Go program. The program, available throughout Florida, is designed to protect both the intoxicated driver and the motoring public from avoidable crashes. Anyone who is too impaired to drive is encouraged to call 1-800-AAA-HELP so that a AAA tow truck will be dispatched to pick up the impaired driver's vehicle and take the driver safely home at no charge.

A press conference was held at Miami-Homestead Raceway during the Ford Championship Weekend to explain the benefits of the program to the public. NASCAR drivers Mark Martin (AAA #6 driver, holding microphone in photo with black shirt), and Dale Earnhardt, Jr. (Budweiser #8 driver, holding microphone with white shirt in photo) joined representatives of AAA, Anheuser Busch, and Troop E Major James Brierton to help explain the program to the Media.
