Captain Carlos Vazquez, Lt. Bobby Collins, and Major Tom Knight

Lt. Bobby Collins was recently recognized by two organizations in Hillsborough County for his involvement in a public corruption investigation that resulted in uncovering a scheme to defraud the public. The East Hillsborough Law Enforcement Association and the American Society of Industrial Security honored Lt. Collins for his investigation that resulted in the arrest of twenty suspects involved in driver license fraud and identity theft.
