Trooper Sevine Williams welcomes new trooper applicants.

Earlier this month, FHP Recruiters Trooper Sevine Williams and Trooper Charlie Harris hosted a Career Fair at the Davie Highway Patrol Station to showcase the career opportunities offered by our agency. Major Tony Allen and Recruitment Coordinator Sergeant Tim Roufa spoke with potential recruits while Lieutenant Richard Vore displayed the Tactical Response Team equipment and Trooper Mary Jackson held a child seat safety check. The applicants talked to recruiters and watched a video about the training academy. Overall, recruiters were encouraged by the turnout of twenty applicants, and look forward to hosting similar events across the state in the near future.
