The winter conference of the National Troopers Coalition (NTC) was held in Detroit, Michigan, September 19 and 20, 2006. The NTC is a national organization that represents the interests of State Police and Highway Patrol Associations. NTC offers a format for continuing efforts to provide better police services to the public. Sergeant Tim Brown and Trooper Bill Smith represented the Police Benevolent Association and Lieutenants Pat O’Neil and Pat Santangelo represented the FHP Command Officers Association.
