The 107th Class in formation before graduation ceremony
107th Class in formation before graduation.

On July 22, 2004, the Florida Highway Patrol's 107th recruit class graduated in a ceremony at the Leon County Civic Center in Tallahassee. The featured speaker for the commencement ceremony was Florida's Drug Policy Coordinator James R. McDonough. Of the 46 graduates, seven were selected to receive special recognition, receiving awards as follows:
