Recently, the Florida Highway Patrol’s Troop B held a retirement luncheon for two retiring troopers in the Lake City District. Troopers Derry Kraszewski and Roy McLendon have each retired after 25 years of service.

Trooper Roy McLendon began his career with the Florida Highway Patrol in January of 1982 in Palm Beach County, Florida. Roy transferred to Troop B Lake City in 1991 where he remained until his retirement.

Trooper Derry Kraszewski began her career with the Florida Highway Patrol in February of 1982 in Broward County. She transferred to the Lake City District in 1988 where she remained until her retirement.

We wish them much happiness in their retirements. The Lake City District members will really miss them both.
