Lieutenant Tim Frith, Troop L Public Affairs Officer, was recently a guest speaker at the Children's Home Society's Communications Learning Center. The Center offers at-risk teen girls who participate in the after-school program a chance to focus on broadcast journalism and build life skills and self-esteem. The Center, which is housed in a former working radio station, promotes program goals to help teen girls stay in school and graduate, and keep out of trouble.
