The Florida Turnpike Enterprise recently held their annual Employee Awards Ceremony to recognize employees and partners who exceeded the normal level of service or have gone above and beyond the call of duty. The Turnpike Enterprise employs and partners with more than 4,600 employees.

The Florida Highway Patrol, the preferred law enforcement agency of the Turnpike, has had a partnership with the Florida Turnpike Enterprise since 1956. The men and women of the Florida Highway Patrol’s Troop K serve the Turnpike and its traveling customers in a professional and courteous manner, attempting to educate motorists to improve traffic safety on one of the safest roadways in the nation.

Several deserving members of Troop K were recognized at the recent awards ceremony.
