Recently, Florida Highway Patrol's Troop E Color Guard presented the colors for the Miami-Dade County Chapter of Mothers Against Drunk Driving’s (MADD) annual candlelight vigil. Trooper Robbie Smith's family was among the loved ones who lit candles in honor of family and friends who were killed by drunk drivers. FHP reserve officer Jay Fraioli, who is on MADD’s local board of directors, was one of the organizers of the event. Major James Brierton represented FHP.
