Florida Highway Patrol Teams up with the Liberty County Sheriff's Office to raise awareness and discuss problems of underage drinking and also the need for seatbelt usage among Liberty County students. Three days of intense discussions took place at all of the Liberty County Schools on seatbelt usage, including demonstrations of the FHP Rollover Simulator. Students were amazed at seeing first hand what could happen in a rollover crash if you did not use your seatbelt. They were taught the Florida seatbelt law pertaining to children from birth to 17 and also the adult Florida seatbelt law.
