Lt. Joe Tucker, Troop A (Panama City) is still going strong with his Child Passenger Safety (CPS) efforts in the Panhandle. He is not only a well-respected CPS Certified Instructor, but one of the most active CPS Technicians on the Patrol. Recently, Lt. Tucker taught a CPS class in Panama City where Trooper Carlos Sisk, along with a dozen others from surrounding law enforcement and health agencies, was trained and certified in Child Passenger Safety. Trooper Sisk, who is stationed in Calhoun County, will serve as that rural county's only CPS resource and expert. Trooper Sisk, FHP's newest CPS technician, will now be able to assist the residents in his area with their child restraint needs.
