Trooper Michael Elder, Troop G-Jacksonville, organized FHP’s participation in the Haiti disaster relief efforts by getting troopers in the Jacksonville area to donate bottled water to be shipped to Haiti after the devastating earthquake that hit the area recently. The water was donated to the Jacksonville Harvest Mission and will be shipped overseas to Haiti. Trooper Elder is always one of the first in line to help out those in need whether locally or elsewhere.
