Captain Rick Twinkle Toes Kelley, Jacksonville District Commander, will soon be cuttin’ a rug at Jacksonville’s Dancing with the Stars, an annual fundraiser to benefit breast cancer research. Captain Kelley and his professional dance partner Carolyn Morriss will be struttin’ their stuff on Saturday, August 23rd, at the Morocco Shrine Auditorium where they will perform six different 30-second dances and a 2 ½ -minute solo. Captain Kelley, who will practice 2-3 times per week to prepare for the competition, will dance a western swing in the all day dance competition featuring professional and local celebrity dancers competing for the title of Jacksonville’s top dancers. The event will help raise money for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer and the American Cancer Society.
