Corporal Richard Warden and Sergeant Wilburn Hart

Sergeant Wilburn A. Hart and Corporal Richard V. Warden of Troop A recently completed the prestigious accreditation process for certification as fully accredited Traffic Accident Reconstructionists. The process consists of completing an application for review by the board of governors of the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR). The application requires rigid educational requirements as well as applied experience in the field. It also requires successful completion of exams in written and practical formats.

Sergeant Hart and Corporal Warden are two of only three law enforcement officers in the state to be awarded this prestigious and very sought after certification. This, once again, shows the Florida Highway Patrol's commitment to our Traffic Homicide Program. Congratulations Sergeant Hart and Corporal Warden!
