Trooper Jim Gothe protects the runners in Tampa.
A special group of runners from all walks of life recently ran from Atlanta to Tampa in honor of the families who have lost their loved ones in Iraq. The Florida Highway Patrol was honored to escort the group around the clock from the Georgia Florida border to Busch Gardens in Tampa Bay.
Trooper Jack Hypes leads the pack on their last turn.
